I have been a Physical Therapist since 1992 and I have successfully helped change the lives of thousands of people.
I created Pelacore to help reduce lower back pain, increase strength, build muscular endurance, decrease incontinence, improve posture, tone abs, firm up glutes and increase sexual enjoyment.
